Fan art submitted for display on the Radio Players Guild website, social media, or other public community spaces must not contain:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW content.

• Hate speech, hateful imagery, or content targeting individuals or groups.

• Extremist propaganda or extremist recruitment material.

• Racism or racial slurs.

• Homophobia, biphobia, or transphobia.

• Disability-related slurs or discriminatory content targeting people with disabilities.

• Misogyny or gender-based hatred.

• Religious intolerance or religious bigotry

• Sexual assault or rape.

• Domestic abuse or intimate-partner violence.

• Child abuse, child neglect, or exploitation of minors.

• Incest or pedophilic content.

• Human trafficking or exploitation.

• Suicide, suicidal intent, or suicide-related imagery.

• Self-harm or self-injury.

• Eating disorders or content that promotes or glorifies disordered eating.

• Miscarriage, infant loss, or similar sensitive pregnancy-related material.

Graphic gore, extreme violence, or imagery intended to shock or disturb viewers should not be submitted. Violence may be acceptable when appropriate to radio players guild. When in doubt, please err on the side of keeping artwork less graphic.

The Radio Players Guild aims to keep its public fan art spaces welcoming and accessible to a broad audience.

For this reason, artwork involving highly sensitive, traumatic, or potentially distressing subjects may be rejected even when it does not fall directly into one of the prohibited categories above.

The Radio Players Guild reserves the right to decline or remove artwork at its discretion.

Artwork will not be accepted if it promotes, glorifies, or encourages hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

This includes the use of slurs, hateful symbols, extremist propaganda, or imagery intended to demean or dehumanize others.

NSFW content is not permitted in the Radio Players Guild's general fan art submission spaces or public website galleries.

If the Radio Players Guild offers a separate Patreon space specifically intended for adult content, submissions for that space may be subject to separate rules, age restrictions, and moderation requirements.

NSFW content should only be submitted through an officially designated adult-content channel and should never be submitted through the general fan art submission system.

The Radio Players Guild reserves the right to reject any submission, including NSFW content, that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or our community standards.

You must have the right to submit any artwork you provide to the Radio Players Guild.

All artwork submitted will be given the appropriate credit where it is due. All talent deserves to shine on our platform and the person who created such art should be and will be correctly identified.

Do not submit artwork created by another artist without their permission or artwork that infringes upon another person's intellectual property.

AI generated artwork may not be submitted unless expressly permitted by the Radio Players Guild.

Submitting artwork does not guarantee that it will be published or featured.

The Radio Players Guild reserves the right to:

• Reject any submission.

• Remove previously published artwork.

• Request modifications to an artwork before publication.

• Restrict or suspend submission privileges.

• Take additional action when a submission violates our Terms of Use or community rules.

Moderation decisions may be made on a case-by-case basis, particularly when the context of an artwork is unclear.

By submitting fan art, you agree to help maintain a creative environment that is welcoming, respectful, and safe for members of the Radio Players Guild community.
