Permanent Bans

The following offenses may result in an immediate and permanent ban:

• Harassment or targeted abuse, including repeated or severe harassment of community members.

• Abusive or excessively offensive language or content, particularly when directed at or used to target members of the community.

• Hate speech, including attacks or discrimination based on protected characteristics.

• Doxxing, including sharing or attempting to obtain another person's private or identifying information without their permission.

• Unsolicited sexual content, including sending or posting sexually explicit material to another person or in a community space without their consent.

• Targeted harassment or abuse of Radio Players Guild community members, including engaging in any of the above conduct toward members of our community, whether on our Website, community platforms, or other spaces where the conduct is directly connected to the Radio Players Guild.

• Other severe misconduct that, in our judgment, poses a significant threat to the safety, privacy, or well-being of our community.

We may permanently ban an individual without issuing prior warnings or strikes when the severity of the conduct warrants immediate action.

First and Second Strikes

Less severe violations may result in a first or second strike before a permanent ban.

First and second strikes are handled on a case-by case basis. When possible, we will attempt to address and stop inappropriate behavior before it escalates.

Depending on the circumstances, a strike may include:

• Removal of the offending content.

• A warning or temporary restriction.

• A first or second strike.

• Temporary suspension from the community.

• A permanent ban if the behavior continues or the circumstances warrant it.

When issuing a strike or ban, we will make a reasonable effort to clearly explain the reason for the action.

The number and severity of previous violations may be considered when determining appropriate action. We reserve the right to skip the strike process and issue a permanent ban when circumstances justify doing so.

No AI Generated Submissions

Unless explicitly authorized by the Radio Players Guild, AI generated content may not be submitted, posted, or represented as original work within Radio Players Guild community spaces or projects.

This includes, but is not limited to, AI generated artwork, writing, audio, music, or other creative submissions.

Using AI tools privately for purposes that do not involve submitting or misrepresenting AI generated content is not prohibited by this section.

We reserve the right to determine whether submitted content violates this rule.
